How do circulars reach parents?

Circulars reach parents as a notification on the parent app. You choose a branch, class, section or staff, write the message once and tick send notification. A report shows what was sent, by whom, to how many families, and how many of those families have the app.

Can we keep a record of parent conversations?

Yes. Every call, meeting and complaint is recorded with the student's details, along with the date, notes and follow-up. You can also see which families the school has and has not spoken to this term, so no parent is quietly left out.
