Refund policy
Last updated: 28 May 2026At Digiclove Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we want every customer to be happy with what they've paid for. Refunds are available under the conditions described below. Please read this policy alongside our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
1. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Unintentional or duplicate payments โ multiple charges for the same subscription period, or accidental charges made in error.
- Cancellation within the specified window โ cancellations made within the timeframe agreed in your customer order or subscription confirmation.
- Service unavailability โ extended Service outages that materially prevent you from using what you've paid for, beyond the SLA credits described in your customer agreement.
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please read the terms that applied to your specific purchase before requesting a refund โ these are included in your order confirmation email and the customer agreement (where applicable).
2. How to request a refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact our customer support team within seven (7) working days of the transaction.

- Your order number or transaction ID
- The Digiclove product or service involved
- A clear reason for the refund request
- Your registered email address and contact phone number
- Our team will acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day and respond with a decision within five (5) business days.
3. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, processing typically takes five (5) business days from our end. The total time you'll see the credit in your account depends on the original payment method and the involved banking institutions โ credit-card refunds usually appear in 5-10 business days; UPI and net-banking refunds may be faster.
4. Refund method
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the transaction:
- Credit / debit card โ the refund is credited to the same card.
- UPI / net banking โ the refund is sent to the originating account.
- Wire transfer โ the refund is sent to the originating bank account.
If you need a refund to a different account (for example, the original card has been closed), share your new bank account details with our support team. We will process the transfer after verification and validation.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable digital products that have already been downloaded.
- Services that have already been substantively rendered (for example, a completed onboarding engagement or a delivered custom report).
- Charges older than the seven-day request window described above, unless your customer agreement specifies a longer window.
- Skora AI grading runs and Teach Smart AI content generations that have already been executed and consumed.
- Third-party charges (for example, payment-gateway fees, SMS / WhatsApp costs charged by the provider, or AI model costs already billed by the underlying model provider).
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the account settings or by contacting support. On cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
- Auto-renewal is disabled; you will not be charged for the next period.
- Refund eligibility for the current period (if any) is assessed under the rules in section 1.
For multi-year customer agreements, cancellation terms are governed by the customer agreement, not by this policy.
7. Dispute resolution
Our support team is here to resolve refund and cancellation disputes amicably. If you're not satisfied with our team's initial response, you may escalate to info@digiclove.com and we will review the matter at the management level within seven (7) business days.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion shall be governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of service.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply to transactions made after the update; refunds for earlier transactions are governed by the policy in effect on the transaction date.
