Onboarding for a typical school is a 90-minute teacher session plus a printed quick-reference card. The mobile teacher app mirrors the same three actions.

No. Uploaded books, generated lesson plans, and chat transcripts are tenant-isolated and never used to train the underlying foundation models. We use OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small for indexing and Claude / Gemini for generation under enterprise no-training contracts. Data lives in your region (India or GCC) on your choice of cloud — AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or private cloud — encrypted at rest and in transit.

Teach Smart is built on top of the Digiclove ERP, so class lists, syllabi, exam schedules, and teacher rosters are already there — no integration needed. For schools running a different ERP or LMS (Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams for Education, Moodle), we offer a roster-sync connector and SSO via Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
